If you look up Lying Dickhead in the Webster's Dictionary, this is the picture that will be next to the definition.
I don't mind paying my dues, if I get caught speeding, fine, I'll pay my money, but when a sworn officer of the law lies on the stand just because he is too good, too high on his pedestal that he gets so pissed off at a biker for calling his bluff. This Deputy was running over 90 miles per hour down HWY 95 without his lights or siren on. He claims that he does not have to obey the law because he is Deputy Sheriff.
The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management mandates that all Emergency Vehicles be displaying flashing lights and or an audible siren, reference the below statute.
- History. Acts 1997, No. 1281, § 1.
- 12-75-113. Emergency response vehicles.
- (a) Due to the time-critical nature of response to the scene of a disaster or major
- emergency occurrence, the Director of the Arkansas Department of Emergency
- Management is authorized to designate appropriate vehicles as requested in the
- staffing patterns of the state and local offices of emergency services and other
- state agency vehicles with an emergency service response requirement as
- emergency response vehicles.
- (b) Designated state and local government emergency response vehicles
- under this chapter shall share the same privileges and immunities regarding
- traffic laws and ordinances as other emergency vehicles as defined by state law.
- (c) Emergency vehicles authorized by this chapter shall be identified by a
- flashing light or rotating beacon which will be green in color.

- (d) When responding to an emergency, the designated emergency vehicle
- shall have flashing lights or rotating beacon activated and must be equipped with
- and operating a siren device.

When the Police begin to operate above the law, and believe the law does not apply to them, then we will have descended into a communistic Police State. Our rights will no longer matter, our freedoms, which are slowly being stripped from us will be totally obliterated.
Wake Up People, do not let these criminals in uniform get away with those acts things we as average citizens would be arrested and jailed.
I am offering 500.00 to any individual who can bring proof of ANY CRIMINAL activity, leading to the arrest and conviction of Officer Taylor Dickard .

She has done a pretty good job of keeping her face off the Internet. This photo was found on the City of Morrilton's website as Her Honor was being sworn in, ironically without her hand on a Bible.

Here is a picture of Judge Judy and her new Beau announcing their pending nuptials,from the Conway Log Cabin Democrat.
It's hard to see the similarities because the lack of a photogenic personality, but if you look closely, you can see the resemblance.
Judge Judy Denniston runs her court with an Iron fist, and finds everyone guilty. I mean how else is she and the host of minions and uniformed criminals going to get paid?
I sat thru over 100 cases waiting my turn to rebuff Deputy DICKard's account of the night in question, and not once, not once did I hear Her Honor speak the words "Not Guilty" I am not even sure why the formalities of court are even held, there is absolutely no chance whatsoever that you are going to to be found not guilty, even when you have video proof that the Deputy in question is a bald faced liar.
The Conway County District Court exists to keep itself funded, if we didn't have the court, we wouldn't need the court.
Morrilton, Small City, No Limits?
